CARDIO BOXING
At the Gym Boxing and Fitness our cardio boxing class is a 50 minute (non contact) full body workout. As a member of this class you will perform a challenging warm-up and a plethora of boxing techniques that involve punch combinations. The trainer will challenge you with varied functional exercises as you mold your body. The boxing class is perfectly suited for weight loss, cardiovascular conditioning, body toning, balance coordination and agility.

AMATEUR BOXING
Our youth boxing program is designed to teach kids how to properly defend themselves and get in top notch shape. They will learn skills that they will carry for the rest of their lives. The trainers will have them participate in very challenging exercises, and hone their boxing prowess, sharpening their hand eye coordination while promoting exceptional fitness. The amateur boxing program is age appropriate. Inquire for details.

We offer private training classes as per request. Our one hour private training classes are for those who are really looking to increase their boxing proficiency, or reach their physical peak. These classes consist of very specific exercises tailor made to your needs, to ensure you get the most out of your time. ROWING
Gorgeous and functional, our WaterRower row machines use water to create dynamic resistance. The workout delivers alternating intervals on and off the row machine combined with functional exercises for a high intensity sweat, LOW impact burn and full body results.
